Lifetime Engraving Warranty – Our lifetime warranty covers the black engraving on our medical ID jewelry. If the engraving ever becomes unreadable or is completely removed through normal wear, please contact us with your Order ID number and/or the name used on the order. Please note that slight fading may occur over time. This is normal, but the engraving should remain legible and easy to read.
12-Month Parts Warranty – A 12-month warranty covers all parts against any manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
Unreadable or removed engraving from normal wear. Manufacturing defects in all parts within 12 months of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
Normal slight fading. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications not performed by us.
How to Make a Claim

Warranty Activation
